Letter: Elections must include young, Black voters

0

I am writing to address a critical issue that is plaguing our society and impacting our children and youth. We are currently reaping what we have been sowing, and no one is excluded from the consequences of our actions. Our negligence and lack of involvement in important matters have led to a situation where our children and youth are suffering.

Coming across town, I came to railroad tracks where an older fellow was pushing a shopping cart across the tracks. His cart was full of items that were important to him. As he was pushing, the cart fell over, with his items laying all over the tracks.

Letter: EPA’s all-electric requirements hurt your freedom to choose

0

Last year, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency proposed a rule that would require 67% of new passenger vehicles and 46% of new medium-duty trucks and vans be all-electric by 2032. Recent reports indicate that the EPA is considering revising its timeline for the rule. Letter: Tuesday’s primary ballots waste time and money

Here’s what Ohio taxpayers will get for the $20 million that will be spent on the upcoming primary election. First, you are forced to pick a party. If you don’t, you will only get to vote on any levies that are on the ballot. Free and fair elections?

Letter: Is Republican primary voting or going through the motions?
